Welcome to ip4properties.com. We have developed this site to take some of the work out of buying and selling property in Nigeria.

ip4properties.com is not an estate agent and we take no commision from buyers or estate agents. We simply publish information from our clients in a searchable form on the internet. The service is completely free to buyers and on finding a property they can easily contact the appropriate estate agent to arrange a viewing.

As a buyer, you can use the site to instantly search the portfolios of all our registered estate agents from the comfort of your home, office or anywhere with an internet connection. When you find properties which match your criteria, you can view details of that property, save it in your electronic basket (mybasket) from where you can compile a printable list of properties, email details to a friend, or contact the estate agent responsible for the property either instantly by email or using the contact details provided on the site.

We are currently in the process of registering estate agents (how to register) on to the system, and our portfolio is currently concentrated mainly in Lagos metropolis. Over the coming weeks our database of clients and properties will be growing, so if you don't find what you are looking for today, you may find it in a few weeks time.
